Msd design is a design based company offering a rull range of services. Our design practice prides itself on project managing projects from initial design sketches to completion. We specialise in Residential Architecture but have experience with Commercial and Industrial projects. Being a smaller company we are able to offer our clients a personalized experience where they deal directly with the Owner of the company. We have built a close relationship with our consultants over the years, and strive to make the building process a pleasant and painless experiencie for everyone involved.

Matt Beggs

Director

Matt Beggs,the owner and Director of the company has over 25 years of experience in the Construction Industry. Starting out in Engineering before moving to the more creative Architectural discipline, Matt has a sound of knowledge of how different building elements fit together. He is passionate about what he does, and prides himself on running a professional and ethical design practice.

Michael Malherbe

Architectural Technician and Designer

Michael Malherbe, Architectural Technician and Designer has more than 6 years experience, working for Architects in Cape Town and Sydney. He has worked on a wide variety of projects including Education, Commercial, Industrial and Residential. He is qualified as an Interior Designer, but enjoys the challenges that Architecture provides.

Revit

Msb design uses Revit software incorporating 3D modelling to help us and our clients visualise the end product during the concept stages.

BIM

With the use of Building Information Modelling we are able to quickly and accurately calculate quantities of required finishes during the construction stage.
